Therefore, it is necessary to establish clear terms and conditions for easy use and for you to know us closely. If such additional or exceptional terms exist, they will be clarified on the product or service page. In case of a conflict between these terms of use and the additional or exceptional terms, the additional or exceptional terms will prevail.

– The following terms apply to every user, whether an individual, institution, company, or other entity, as long as they use or browse our site and/or application. We may refer to them as “you” or “the user”. These terms of use are considered a binding contract between the user and Re-NILE Company.

Your Account and Security

In case of a dispute regarding account ownership, we reserve the right to request documents to determine and confirm your ownership of the account. These documents may include, but are not limited to, scanned documents of the business license, government-issued ID, the last four digits of the credit card, passport photo or national ID, commercial register, tax card, or other data.
– Creating an account on our site or application does not mean that you own any part of the site or application. It only means that we have hosted you on our site and application. Therefore, we can prevent you from accessing or benefiting from our site anytime without reasons or your right to object or compensation.
